Toward a Cohesive Definition of Organizational Culture

Despite all the benefits of strong organizational culture, there is no clear consensus on what organizational culture is and the prior definitions are incomplete. This paper is organized around comparisons of perspectives, highlighting patterns and trends, and drawing connections which culminate in building a coherent narrative and new definition.
