Today, Jim advises software companies on go‑to‑market strategy, enterprise sales, and customer engagement. He then took the entrepreneurial leap himself, founding VacationRoost, a pioneer in e-commerce for the vacation rental industry, later merged into LeisureLink. After exiting LeisureLink in 2017, Julian has served as CFO of Propelus and COO/CFO of Voxpopme, while building an active portfolio of board roles with growth-stage SaaS and marketplace companies. Today, he serves as an Operating Partner with Next Coast Ventures and Mercia Ventures, helping portfolio companies scale into the US market, and hosts the annual Growth Elevated Ski & Tech Summit in Park City, Utah.
